Shipping & Returns Policy
Since all pieces are made to order please allow a 1-2 week shipping turn around time. I use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping which includes tracking and insurance. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your item is confirmed delivered through USPS.com I cannot give a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
My goal is to make my customers feel comfortable and confident in their shopping experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after receipt I will refund the purchase price or issue a store credit minus the shipping fees. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in original condition and returned before refund or issuance of a store credit. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges and I require returns to be shipped with delivery confirmation and I highly recommend that you purchase insurance. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please note size selection is the buyer’s responsibility. If there is a fit issue, I will make every effort to resize if possible.
